This project attempts to use sensors to track the training process, help provide visual feedback on movement, as well as visualize the data from the workouts, allowing people to exercise their back muscles in a more effective way. A wearable product for back muscle training, an app was integrated to visualize the training process and results, providing real-time feedback on exercise form and motivational cues.

Acceptance criteria
- The app should provide custom exercise plan based on the information that users provide in personal profile.
- The App should collect basic information of user when create account (Height, Weight, Exercise frequency, Knowledge level of back exercise, training goal)
- The App should allow user to edit the existing plan in less than 5 steps.
- The application should provide post-training recommendations based on the intensity of the exercise at the end of the user’s workout.(High intensity and long time exercise will need more relax movement)
- The app should analysis the motion data from trackig device and use ML to distinguish if it has meet the standards.
- The motion accuracy should more than 90%.
